Terms

When we say that Fab Swingers is a free swingers site we really mean two different things. First, we mean that it is free of charge so we will never expect members to pay anything. But just as importantly we also mean that you are free to do what you want on the site. We allow the following:

You may include your email address or messenger in your profile, although you will probably get a lot of spam if you do.
You may include your mobile phone/cell phone in your profile although we strongly recommend that you don't.
You can include the URL of your homepage on another site if you like.
We don't censor your messages to other members of the site. Believe it or not, the top two swingers sites will not allow you to send your email address to other members!

However we do need to have some rules to make sure that everyone enjoys the site.

First, Fab Swingers is for adults only. You must be 18 years or older to use the site (or 21 years or older where 18 is not the age of majority). You may not make any reference of a sexual nature about anyone under 18.

If you want to advertise your business on Fab Swingers please see our advertising page. You may not spam our members or post commercial adverts on your profile or the forums. If your adult business is a swingers club then you may list it in the Swingers Clubs section of the site. It is okay to mention commercial events providing they are very relevant to our members. If your business has some news or a special announcement feel free to contact us and we may post your news in the blog or on the forums.

All members must show respect for other members of the site and avoid insulting or abusive messages or postings. Breaking this rule may result in either a suspension or a ban from the site.

We have a verification system which can be used to verify profiles are genuine. It is essential that you only verify profiles when you have proof that the profile is genuine (either by meeting in person, seeing on a webcam or speaking on the phone). If you verify a fake profile then you may be banned from the site.

Fab Swingers is for swingers in Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, UK and USA. We may delete members from other countries. Currently most internet (IP) addresses in Africa are banned from creating profiles on the site due to the amount of spam attacks from that continent.

Your profile must be properly filled in. If it isn't then we may delete it with no warning.

The chatroom has its own rules which you must follow.

If you choose to upload photos then the following rules apply:

The photo must be of you or your partner.
It's ok to have other people in the photo too as long as they ca n't be identified.
No one under 18 can appear in the photo.
The photo can't have another site's watermark on it.

Finally, Fab Swingers is operated from San Francisco and so everyone who uses the site must comply with the laws of the State of California. See our United States Code 2257 Statement and we would also remind members of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act which strictly forbids the posting of copyright material on the site without the permission of the copyright owner. Notice of claims under DMCA should be made to our London address which is also the address for any other notices.
