At Fanny's, we host Friday night Private House/Swing parties with B&B accommodation. We also host a Fetish Party on the 1st Saturday of every month. Our Party's are over for 21's only. Please Tel: 07799077650 for an invitation. We are located in the central Swansea area.

We have an orgy room, 3 large double bedrooms, also a very sexy playroom with massage equipment, schoolroom area for roleplay, boudoir area, and orgasm machine. 	We revisited Fanny's after a spell away and realised quickly what we'd been missing. This venue offers a very chilled arena in which to meet likeminded people, make friends and, if the mood takes you, to move things on to the next level. There is a lovely little bar/dance floor area - we loved sitting here and 'people-watching'. And believe me, the sights were magnificent to behold. Our favourite room downstairs has to be the tastefully decorated Morroccan room where you can kick back, chill and go with the flow. Upstairs are a variety of rooms including the fabulous orgy room with its sensual ultra-violet lighting and roomy bed area. We got so preoccupied this time we didn't even get round to trying out the awesome leather swing...there are 2 in separate bedrooms and we can highly recommend them from previous visits lol. All in all, Fanny's and it's wonderful hosts Ian and Julia, are a hidden gem of a Welsh treasure. Date: 21 October 2009
