Welcome to The Annex – Your alternative lifestyle private members party venue in Kings Lynn, Norfolk. PE33 0BE.

With Wi-Fi, this venue managed by Mistress VJ, offers a house party feel with much warmth and pleasing décor within a clean, safe and friendly environment.

Four different styled playrooms lead off the large main social area. The venue offers soft cold drinks and hot drinks from the kitchen/bar. Alcohol is sold at some selected parties, otherwise, you may bring your own. Condoms are available to be bought at the venue.

Currently with 2 toilets, one with shower facilities. Ample free parking and high-level security to the front of the property and wheelchair friendly access.

	I am a big fan of the Annex for both the Swing and Fetish scenes with plenty general events and specialist events to attend. Whether you’re looking for unicorns, couples, greedy girls, spanking parties and high protocol events. I am sure the Annex can cater to your interests. The club is well equipped for play space, BDSM furniture with a purpose built dungeon with plenty of impact play toys to use. After you have expended enough energy playing you can take a relaxing dip in the hot tub that can fit 6-8 people comfortable. Just remember bang on the wall, so the bar staff can turn the bubbles on for you! The Annex is well worth a visit if you have not been before! Admiral Date: 17 April 2024

	Mrs attended the hush hush event last night with a female friend. When we arrived we were greeted by the fabulous Sean and the female host showed us around. The club is small but still has every thing you could ask for. We both felt very welcome, with both of the hosts checking in on us regularly. 	Our first time here and we really like it. Very friendly staff and pretty compact but has a variety of rooms. 	We spent an enjoyable Saturday night at the Annex whilst in the area. Everyone was really friendly, particularly Josh and Michelle (sorry if I ruined owls for you Josh!). We tried out most of the rooms, the “boob wall” was good fun, and Jo loved the glory hole (although it could do with evening up so there’s not a ridge across the bottom of your back).
