ive tried a few times to upgrade today but no answer back ,my account ends tomorrow and i dont want to lose my extra 5 days ..can anyone help???

Click on the CONTACT button at the bottom of the page and then the 7th option down, send any relevant information there to Admin.

thanks ..tried again on hubbys phone and it came through...dont know why not on mine..got plenty credit etc .lol

Could your phone be blocked from getting text from certain premium text?

your phone could be blocked from adult content you need to ring your phone service or take your phone into there store and ask them to unblock it so you can acces adult contents.

we have been uprgrading by text from the same phone for years - tried the other day and got no reply, so just dialled the number and did it by phone.
