I know this subject was touched on in a previous thread but was wondering on everyone's opinion. We are seriously thinking of setting up a small club either in Cardiff or somewhere between Cardiff and Swansea . As much as we would like to think big we are realists so this would probably only be a small place so we could set it up on a small budget just to see how things went we are in a lucky position in the fact that both of us have good jobs with good wages so financially we would not need to be necessarily looking at this being our living at the start but obviously would like it to make us money eventually more so we could expand and improve than the millions that most people dream off. Anyway my real question is for regular club users do u prefer the intimacy of a small club or would you still prefer to travel further afield to enjoy larger clubs with more play rooms we would appreciate honest answers to this as we are very serious about this but at the same time don't want to throw money away thanks for your help in advance xxx |

I've only been to chams in Newport, is that big or small? To me it's great and I really enjoy going there, somewhere around Cardiff would be great though to give some choice other than fannys as I don't like the sound of it there from what I've heard! |

Realistically a place that could hold a max of 12 people .which would hold an intimate socialising . Then on special summer sunny occasions a marquee type event . We think the more rooms you have the less socialise happens  |

small and intimate is the best way to go, we love chams in newport but something a little closer other than fannys would be amazing, as long as its clean and tidy its a deffo from us xxxDDxxx |

chams in newport got hundreds of stairs a nice smaller club with less stairs would be good. Fannys is in swansea but never been there. Im sure a nice small club would be popular with cardiff and swansea swingers alike xxxgood luck |

Having talked to one club owner, it seemed that on the days they opened they started at 2pm an were working until 4am 
What made the club for me was the welcome, friendly atmosphere and clean club, they also provided condoms which were a bonus.
There is plenty of room for another club in Wales I think you need to make it different to the other clubs that are open at the moment

another club in the area is a great idea. i would suggest a cosy place with quality facilities and a relaxing, seductive atmosphere. clever adjustable lighting, lots of fresh air circulating, smooth music, incense, condoms, free drinking water, tissues...... lots more ideas if you want them. good luck. x |

I loved Wild Passions / The Retreat / Wild Desires - or whatever name people remember it by.
I like Chams Npt, apart from all the stairs, I also liked Romeo's in Bristol.
Somewhere intimate but not too small.
I like it when condoms and babywipes are complimentary in each room too. |

Having only been to Chameleons in Newport and Darlaston, I'm not sure we are very qualified to answer, (although we are checking out Angels soon).
However, from our perspective, the bigger the club (and therefor more people), the more likely we are to find someone (or, being greedy, a whole bunch of someones lol) we want to play with.
But, as others have said, so long as the club is clean and has the usual amenities (showers, bar/lounge area etc) then I don't really think size is a big issue.
There was a thread running a while back where people were asked to list what they think a good club should have, and lots mentioned AirCon/ventilation as a high priority, which we would agree with.
Secure parking would be next on our list, or at least decent parking somewhere very near.
We would love to see another club open up, especially if it was open during the day on weekends too.

Excellent idea as Newport is a little too far to travel sometimes and somewhere tween Swansea and Cardiff wud be ideal. Also the suggestion of a jacuzzi sounds good |

We've been to 4 different clubs (non of which was chams).
Think too small and it's more like a house party....can't say as any of the ones we've been to have been too big.
So long as its clean, smells nice, plenty of wipes for cleaning the beds, friendly and welcoming hosts (which I'm sure you are ) then you've got the basics covered.
Our preference .....no tacky red and black!! There's lots of other gorgeous colour combinations that are classy and sexy xx |

We'd love a club in Cardiff, we aren't personally big fans of chams in Newport & travel to west brom now if we go to a club so would be great to have one close to home.
As long as its clean with a comfy social area & playrooms anything else I'd a bonus! |

may be a good idea for you to visit a few different clubs.Get ideas and a good feel for the Clubscene 
So far we been to 6 (wetclubs and dry!)and some are deffinately better than others for us.All in all we just love the sexy athmosphere in Clubs.

We have been to Chams in Newport but spend most of the night wandering round because there are so many rooms to look in I agree that too small would be more like a house party, but there is a definite call for a club in or around Cardiff. We have decided to try a few clubs to get more ideas after all it's not for pleasure it's purely for research purposes and would it be tax deductible as after all it is entertaining lol.
But in all seriousness although our profile is new I have been on here for nearly 2 years as a single and we met on this site and I know we have the drive and enthusiasm to do this also add into this mix I do happen to be a carpenter by trade and the other half is a office manager we can build it and run it lol
Anyhow we will be I'm the Cardiff social this sat and would love anybody with any thoughts on this be them positive or negative please talk to us easily spotted I'm the guy covered in tattoos who is always dancing about with the lady that is far to sexy and gorgeous to even be with me lol xx |

exelent idea carmarthen would be a good place maybe an old pub youll need more than 12 at a time convert rooms to theams the bar could be for socials and peeps move off to there desired kink day opening clean respectfull good hosts the nhs will supply condoms reasonable membership strict rules it will go fine build it they will come good luck |

Have to agree with Mart & Jayne. We have been to quite a few different clubs and our current favourite is The Lodge....Nice matresses with sheets! Lights on in some rooms, music playing and different themed rooms! Cams Darleston is also really good with friendly staff.
I think the only problem with a small club, is if you get a group of regulars, some people may find it 'clicky'.
But don't be put off by anyones comments, I think if anyone has a dream then go for it, you have our very best wishes and we will certainly attend |

We would love something close to us. Chams is too far cos of our sitter situation and we don't want to try Fannys.
Our idea of a great club would be somewhere u can mingle normal clothes for a few drinks. Then somewhere to play where u can do it private for the more nervous or ones who don't want to be watched (we r thinking if there was someone we knew there ie a guy and we didn't want him to actually see what we were doing). And also more open areas for the more adventerous. Just our thoughts mind and u prob need big place for all options.

The lodge is our fav at the moment be seeing you all again now Sumer here .I think it's hard to cher for everyone but we like the clothed or sexy clothes area where you can chat and have a drink .then more private play areas .plus a bdsm room or rooms would be great .lockers and parking needed to.think this area badly needs a club .nice to meet new people and socialise as well as be naughty if the fancy takes you both .poppyxx  |

I agree we love chams as its towels n saves dressing n undressing tbh and sexy ladies who wanna dress can but no pressure also the jacuzzi is fab n we love the sauna n big showers for naughty fun XxX good luck x |

We would prefere a smaller club but with appropriate number of rooms....paper towels &
bins a must....free condoms...piped music & you will gain yourselves a very loyal following. You seem to be all about the customers & not financial gain, which in itself is anathema & such a welcome relief...can't wait for opening night....have loyalty promotions for regulars...these are usually your bread & butter...but tend to get ignored for annual visitors who praise u up & give meaningless compliments....we are your first four customers.... |
