	We went to visit the other night, but was turned away as it was “members only” however nowhere was this advertised. We came from far away and were rather disappointed that that was the case. The person behind the desk was really unhelpful and, was taking a very long time to solve our problem. Huge queue happening outside, aswell as other people turning up with the same issue about not being members. Lots of people leaving the club saying it was too hot in there. We left annoyed as usually we are welcomed with open hands as we have visited several times. We have had this happen a few times at this club now. Reluctant to come back but want to as it’s a good club/our closest. Date: 29 December 2023

	Usually a good night at this club, but it was way too hot last night (as in temperature) Radiators on full blast, I'm sure someone could have gotten a burn as they were so hot. This is a major downfall at this club. They can never regulate the temperature! Date: 23 December 2023

	Visited for the Christmas night, great night, plenty of people there, club has had a few updates recently which is great. Only downside is the temperature. It usually feels too warm but tonight it was boiling. On occasions the bar was too warm to sit in. Heating was on full but I don't know why. Would be much be much better if they turned the heating down. Date: 23 December 2023

	Attended on a 16/11/23 a Thursday (Tranny day) and as always a great time. But mainly reviewing as they are giving the place a makeover. Unfortunately I couldn’t see the rooms they have done up, but been told it’s looking good. Can’t wait to have a look in the very near future. 	A fun night at Chams last night. However a little confusing on the type of night it was. Saturday at Newport is Gay, Bi, Trans, so not really suited to couples, for example if Mr is straight and Mrs is Bi, as it was majority of Gay and Trans. Darlaston on sat was exclusively couples. So we thought it was the same for here. Everyone said we should go here on a Fri instead. The club had plenty of rooms and everyone was very nice and we will be back, but on the right night. A fun night at Chams last night.

	Been to Chams twice now. It’s a big maze of a place but could do with a little tlc. This doesn’t detract from the lovely people that go there and the great, friendly staff who provide a lush buffet and work very hard. The rooms are clean and safe.
