	I had the opportunity yesterday for a well overdue visit to BGHS. It felt so good to get naked and relax downstairs, enjoying all the spa facilities until I went to the lounge for my favourite delicious toastie. Then it was up to the restrooms for a bit of fun followed by more relaxation in the spa. As always it is spotlessly clean and well maintained by the friendly staff and I am looking forward to making the time for my next visit already. Date: 16 October 2025

	A great evening at the Spa yesterday, the busiest we've seen it so far. Spent a couple of hours using the great facilities, all really clean & the staff are excellent too. Went upstairs to play after a while & it was heaving, which was ok except for one guy who's wife clearly wanted to be elsewhere, he was a bit creepy so we used a playroom on our own. A great evening at the Spa yesterday, the busiest we've seen it so far. Spent a couple of hours using the great facilities, all really clean & the staff are excellent too.

Went upstairs to play after a while & it was heaving, which was ok except for one guy who's wife clearly wanted to be elsewhere, he was a bit creepy so we used a playroom on our own.

	Visited on the 11th for the couples evening with my fwb. This was our first time and loved every minute of it. We started downstairs with the spa area and then headed to the rest rooms. An amazing time playing and being watched and then some soft play with others involved. All seems very friendly and inclusive. 	Yet another great and relaxing evening at this amazingly run place, sam and her team are incredible, last night was a great mixture of people who we had such a giggle with,and also nice to see faces we know, we didn't head upstairs this time as was heaving and sadly there's always one or two who just ruin it for everyone, we seem to see this couple every time the poor lady looks bored stupid and he wanders round like a pest and others said the same ,our paths crossed way to many times,but apart from this great time fab company come say hi if you were there Date: 12 October 2025

	Always a good time here. Tonight was no exception, it was absolutely heaving with people and the night turned out to be hilariously funny (didn't think I'd ever write that about a venue) shout out to the manager and staff as usual for running a lovely and clean venue. We had a great time having a giggle with the other couples in the 'library' area. We all ended up in there since the hallway for the rest rooms were heaving with the wanking dead and they even brought along their partners who couldn't look any less interested; they certainly didn't get the hint when people made it known they didn't like being treated like a zoo, oh well!! Just a hint gents, if your wife looks a bit fed up and wants to go, it's really not a good look for you to try and continue and hassle couples who have expressed zero desire to interact with you. There's a reason why lots of couples were trying to opt for private rooms and it wasn't for the want of space. Either way, a mixed visit, a good time was still had and it was made all the better by the other couples in their 20's and 30's who gave us a right laugh and a good show! Date: 12 October 2025

	Attended BGHS on Saturday evening and had a fantastic time. The hot tubs soon got my muscles relaxed and after a dip in the cold plunge pool and some aqua massage headed upstairs to the white room. It was a huge turn on to give a long slow deep sensual massage to my playmate, while watching the other couples at play. An exceptional spa treat … and so much more besides ! Date: 6 October 2025

	My first time here and it’s just like people say - a really very nice place. Miles better than anything similar I have been too. The spa facilities are great and the team working here are friendly and welcoming. The rest rooms upstairs are also of a very high standard and the place feels gorgeous. 	BGHS is very much in the style of a health spa. Very clean and well run, with comfy lounges, wet areas and a fabulous roof terrace and a good crowd of folks. All high quality. However, neither the web site, nor the induction video you watch as a new member give any explicit mention of swinging etc. Only clue is the FAQ that says that touching your partner is only permitted in the rest rooms! The rest rooms themselves are similarly very clean and high quality (brightly lit). Anyway, would thoroughly recommend, particularly if you like it all to feel quite clinical and super clean. Oh, and they do lovely snacks and stuff so you can stay for hours! We had a lovely time X Date: 1 September 2025

	Made my first visit to BGHS on Friday 22nd August as it's a bit of a trek from London. It's a decent 25minute walk from Brighton train station (it was a lovely day and I enjoyed the walk along the beach to get there), even had a snoop around the Naturist beach (which wasn't busy). On entry I was signed by Catherine (the whole team are amazing btw). I had to watch a 4min "first timers" video, which was useful and informative. The team happily answered any other questions I had. The venue itself is SUPER clean, smelt nice and were well maintained. I liked the split of upstairs being the dry area and downstairs being the wet area. Although, the stairs are quite narrow, and going up and down can be quite a workout. The dry chill out areas upstairs/outside and the "library" lounge are really relaxing, nice touch with the music. Lots of options in the wet areas, 2 saunas, two steam rooms all at different temperatures, different sized plunge pools, a large jacuzzi with jets, lots of shower facilities and a central pool to cool off. The atmosphere was great, chatted to alot of lovely people, singles and couples. There's a TV and bar area which we're great areas to sit back, have a bite or drink to eat and chat. It's a great venue with a professional spa vibe. Will hope to go back soon. Date: 26 August 2025

Made my first visit to BGHS on Friday 22nd August as it's a bit of a trek from London.

It's a decent 25minute walk from Brighton train station (it was a lovely day and I enjoyed the walk along the beach to get there), even had a snoop around the Naturist beach (which wasn't busy).

Lots of options in the wet areas, 2 saunas, two steam rooms all at different temperatures, different sized plunge pools, a large jacuzzi with jets, lots of shower facilities and a central pool to cool off.

The atmosphere was great, chatted to alot of lovely people, singles and couples. There's a TV and bar area which we're great areas to sit back, have a bite or drink to eat and chat.

It's a great venue with a professional spa vibe. Will hope to go back soon.

	Hadn't been to BGHS for about three months, so took the opportunity to go on Bank Holiday Monday. A little bit quieter than I thought it would be (far from quiet though), but it was a hot sunny day so I guess a lot of people were out enjoying that. As always the facilities and staff were top notch and I was glad I got the opportunity to say farewell to an excellent staff member who is off on her travels. I'll try to get back to going more regularly when time (and work!) permits as I do miss it and always have an enjoyable time. Date: 26 August 2025

Hadn't been to BGHS for about three months, so took the opportunity to go on Bank Holiday Monday. A little bit quieter than I thought it would be (far from quiet though), but it was a hot sunny day so I guess a lot of people were out enjoying that.

As always the facilities and staff were top notch and I was glad I got the opportunity to say farewell to an excellent staff member who is off on her travels. I'll try to get back to going more regularly when time (and work!) permits as I do miss it and always have an enjoyable time.
