	Hello, I'm sorry you had a bad experience in our club last night. But we are very transparent about our info on our website that we do not provide 100% privacy in our club! We do not have private rooms that you can lock. There are, however rooms with doors and bar's you can close so nobody enters but only watches. Everyone with reservations we send all necessary info and we ask them to tell our receptionist at the door that they are new and one of our staff members will show them around. 	Went to mystique last night as an experienced swinging couple. First thoughts were good, fair pricing of €25 inc 2 drinks and €5 for your locker which you get back. Reasonable. Then we did a tour (it seems a bit hit and miss whether someone actually shows you around as other couples we spoke to hadn’t been shown around). First impressions were very confusing. The bar area plays music so loud you can barely socialise and talk, albeit good music. This then pushes you through to the locker room and much quieter “play area”. If you want to go through you have to be naked or in lingerie thus putting some form of pressure on. We went through and straight away we’re shocked there was no doors. However, there was curtains up around the play rooms with signs saying “if it’s closed don’t enter”. However, no one at all pays attention to this!! We found a couple to play with after lots of mingling and went to a room and closed the curtain. Within a few minutes, there were heads peering at the door, this then led to people coming in, and then singles coming in and touching us. To begin with, this was fine, although a little shocking as the curtain was shut. When a local guy then tried to force his way inside me because the guy i was playing with had finished, we called it quits. There were plenty of staff walking around, but all turned a blind eye to the guys peering through the curtains… the club itself was very clean but if you are a single lady there, or leave your partner, they will be swamped by the guys. Drinks are astronimically expensive! €9 for a single local run and lemonade made our eyes water. Overall, we wouldn’t return and were left with not a lot to be desired to recommend the club to others. If they could actually enforce the “curtain closed” to the members who are going, this could be a great, safe place to play. But the whole time they’re allowing this to happen, it leaves A LOT to be desired. Date: 22 September 2023

	We attended Mystiques twist whilst staying in Tenerife Sat 2nd & Sat 9th, we had a great time both visits but on our first visit it was a bit of a learning experience as the etiquette is different from what we experiance in the UK So from the perspective of a couple from the Uk, we found that in our 1st visit in Sat 2nd it was quite hard for us to socialise, due to the club being what seemed around 90% locals and the language barrier was a bit of a struggle but we got by the best we could, when it came to playing we noticed couples didn't generally socialise then go off with eachother to play, on the most part couples would find a spot to play then would inicate if they wanted a couple watching or playing next to them to join in On our 2nd visit on the sat 9th, now knowing the etiquette we had a much more pleasant and fun visit, this time there was actually a few more English speaking couples but the club was still heavily filled with locals We had so much fun mixing in, the club itself is really clean, well presented and a great lay out Staff are super friendly We'd 100% recommend Date: 10 September 2023

	First visit to the ‘new’ Mystique since moving from the amazing venue in Las Americas to Adeje, so was looking forward to seeing the club at another location. 	To clear things up, because you're missing out a big part forgot to tell that your "male" partner yesterday is not Trans!!!! He's a cross dresser, coming in our club dressed as a female with heels, dress and wick and when paid entrance fee as "a single Lady" he goes in the back walking around in boxers as male, leaving his heels, wick and dress in the locker!!!!! Wen my husband & one other staff member at the door trying to explain that this is not acceptable on a Saturday (because Saturday is couples and single ladies night) and offers you 3 to pay entrance fee as one couple (male + female) and one single lady....a difference of 10 euro....you accused him of discrimination and his blood started boiling because these are words we do not use and we never, never, never do that...... Our club is open for all people LGBT whatever their sexual orientation or preferences ?? We have lots of Trans/Travestie and cross dressers in our club all year round, but always keep their "female identity in the whole club" when entering in our club as a female!!! The 6 of us have been active swingers for years and have been to dozens of clubs and never had an issue nor have other clubs shown such discrimination. At this present time where diversity and equality is accepted strongly the discrimination that my friend has been subjected to is absolutely disgusting and distasteful in a lot of ways. Mostly Spanish music unfortunately, we left early. Then we went on the Wednesday, we had a better night. A few British couples had fun together, we were after a British guy, not one was at the club the Friday. Its different every time we've gone to any club , can be the luck of the draw .
