	Had a wee great wee overnight on Sat at Paradise. Clean rooms lovely clean laminated flooring and plenty of loo roll. Our lovely hostess Sue started off by playing an ice breaking game so everyone felt at ease(no pressure if you don't want to join in the game) Had a great night of laughs, few drinks and fun. 	On my second day here and it has all been very positive the rooms are CLEAN and warm and comfortable the towels are fresh the shower works but the real attraction is the hosts Sue and Keith who just keep it right for everyone (not an easy task) Last night turned out to be great thanks to the Guitarist not a lot of play but small numbers in so tonight may be different watch this space.Just a thought I'm here for a swinging venue experience not a Hotel Standards visit and as a strict non-smoker it was good to see them freezing outside. 	I will start by saying I am a licencee and landlord of a pub /hotel and deal with public everday. DONOT GO TO THIS PLACE Celebrating the birthday of my parter ( special 30th so we thought to have a nice night away at this place. This was totally a nightmare and infact had to travel back home due to this. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE if you have any qualities about yourself. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! Absolutely avoid this dump. Despite the fancy website, the place is filthy dirty and just fit for mingers. The website is totally misleading. The rooms are disgusting, badly decorated. The room stunk of damp and it came equiped with a poor excuse of a toilet, neither toilet paper or towels were provided. Soon after we walked in the place I had an allergic reaction to the dust and mites in the filthy carpets and beddings, to the point it was hard to breathe and I had to use my inhalers . We were charged £60 for the privilege in this place, (when in fact they advertise £30) and ofcourse one expects at least to have toilet paper and towels!, Within 20 minutes we politely informed the manager (sue) we were not happy and we requested a refund, she did not gave us a refund of any type but infact go to pretending the credit card terminal wasnt working, a month later after numerous phone calls we are still waiting. It is clear this people are NOT professional and think that just because they are open to swingers they can provide such a disgusting and mediocar service. Both the quality and the professionalism of their establishment and themselves leave a lot to be wished. If we dont receive our refund soon, we are thinking now in taking further official action against this dump that should be close for fumigation and the managers to an customer's service intesive course.
