	My first time staying at this lovely hotel and it didn't disappoint! Wow, from the welcome from Barb and Dave to the coffee in the morning, I really enjoyed it! Rooms are great, everything you need for a naughty weekend, location is superb and it's spotless. Great value as well, especially compared to some other hotels! Although I didn't get to sample the playroom downstairs on this occasion, they looked fun and I'm sure my playmate and I will be sampling it soon! Wow, from the welcome from Barb and Dave to the coffee in the morning, I really enjoyed it!

Rooms are great, everything you need for a naughty weekend, location is superb and it's spotless. Great value as well, especially compared to some other hotels!

Although I didn't get to sample the playroom downstairs on this occasion, they looked fun and I'm sure my playmate and I will be sampling it soon!

	Not much we can say that hasn’t already been said about Avant Garde, if you are considering staying here, book it! Excellent, super friendly hosts, brilliant facilities and the whole place is spotless clean. Great set up for meeting new fab friends but likewise if you want to keep yourself to yourself that’s fine too! Just a good vibe all round, cant recommend enough! Date: 2 April 2024

	Quite possibly a “national treasure” in the same way David Attenborough, Harry Kane and the Queen when she was alive. Seriously, there’s nothing comes close in the U.K. for the lifestyle, brilliant hosts, comfort, facilities, location and fun… forget the typical Blackpool does house, the Avant Garde is the perfect base for your weekend… Date: 1 April 2024

	Stayed here for the first time this weekend. Dave and Barb are both extremely friendly and great hosts all round, much more so than at any standard accommodation. Our room was great; spotlessly clean with a very comfy bed and nicely decorated. Although we didn’t get a chance to use them because of other plans, the downstairs playrooms looked great and again, were spotlessly clean. 	Who are the people rating this place as just "OK"? McDonald's for dinner is "OK". The 2005 action blockbuster 'The Island' is "OK". The Oasis album 'Be Here Now' is "OK". The hotel its self was absolutely spotless with everything you need provided in the rooms! 	Had a sneek look around Saturday afternoon, met dave and barbs, a lovely welcoming couple. Well presented establishments and a wonderful little play area for those wanting to start a party or continue a party. We will return in a full capacity at some point I'm sure. Date: 1 January 2024
