	So, thought I’d call in for a pre-party drink and so glad I did. Barb and Dave are the perfect hosts for their hotel. Such a warm welcome by them both we just carried on talking where we left off when I was last here at Halloween. They introduced me to their well vetted guests and ended up partying most of the night with them. I even had a little play in the clean , warm and modern playroom before going to a club. I really do enjoy the well laid out bar area and music that’s not too loud but just right to have conversation. I’m coming back Barb and Dave with the famous bag of tricks next weekend for more. 	Stayed here last minute this weekend! We arrived quite late on Friday night, our first impression of the hotel was very good, i love the decor. We were greeted and shown to the bar/reception area for a straight forward fast check in and was shown to our room by Dave. The room was quite big, clean and had everything we needed. Quick freshen up and we headed down to the bar. The bar area is very nice, clean and well stocked, we was given a tour downstairs round the playrooms which is all very spotless to a very high standard, we really enjoyed our little breakfast basket delivered to your room, we told Dave that 1 thing was missing and we got it Sunday morning ha ha. It was our first time at the hotel and it didnt dissapoint. Had a few conversations with Dave and Barb and its clear to say they take a lot of pride, time and effort with this hotel and it doesnt go un noticed by anyone. We was made to feel very welcome, even invited to sit with 2 other couples so we wasn't sat on our own and spoke to quite a few lovely people, hopefully be back soon xx Date: 6 March 2023

	Spent the weekend at this amazing hotel again and met lots of sexy people at the Blackpool social held there on Friday night this place never disappoints Dave and Barb are two of the nicest people you could ever imagine to meet. Spent the weekend at this amazing hotel again and met lots of sexy people at the Blackpool social held there on Friday night this place never disappoints Dave and Barb are two of the nicest people you could ever imagine to meet. And we can’t wait for our next visit to see our adopted family x

We can’t recommend this place highly enough it is a must stay at if you go to Blackpool for the weekend even if you just want to pop in for a drink and soak up the atmosphere and be tempted down to there stunning play room where there is always lots of naughty fun to be had

	We stayed here recently and what a lovely place to stay it is, Dave and Barb are great hosts and the facilities are brilliant although we attended a club on the night so didn’t get the opportunity to use the playrooms. The hotel is spotlessly clean and you have everything that you need alongside a lovely bar area to meet like minded folk over a drink or two. Date: 28 February 2023

	Stayed for the Saturday/Sunday the hotel is spotless and clean. We arrived pretty late on the Saturday and was given a tour by the owners who are both lovely and was really impressed. We were visiting a club on Saturday so unfortunately didn’t use the facilities in the hotel but when we come back which we will then we will certainly will make the play rooms :) The rooms are a good size and the vanity area is a great touch. The bar is very modern and a great place to start your night of your going somewhere else as it gives you the opportunity to meet fellow swingers and had a good chat before heading out. Stayed for the Saturday/Sunday the hotel is spotless and clean.

We arrived pretty late on the Saturday and was given a tour by the owners who are both lovely and was really impressed. We were visiting a club on Saturday so unfortunately didn’t use the facilities in the hotel but when we come back which we will then we will certainly will make the play rooms :)

The rooms are a good size and the vanity area is a great touch.

The bar is very modern and a great place to start your night of your going somewhere else as it gives you the opportunity to meet fellow swingers and had a good chat before heading out.

Had a great time and will be back

Simple little things like drinks served in quality glasses all make it that little bit nicer.. Had a nice chat in the bar with 2 other couples staying over. Was given a tour of the play area but as we were visiting a club we never got to take advantage of it. 	A rather belated review here! I stayed here new years after attending their new years private Party & have nothing but good things to say. Barb & Dave are the friendliest hotel owners you could ever meet, who go above & beyond to make sure everyone is happy & included. The facilities are top notch (en suite rooms, plenty of mirrors, tv & even hairdryers!) the hotel is decorated & maintained to an extremely high standard & the beds... well I love my bed at home but these are extra comfy, so much so that I skipped breakfast! We were fortunate enough to attend a private party on new years day and had the pleasure of stopping in one of the classy ultra clean rooms that all have en suits.
