	What can we say about this wonderful venue that hasn't already been said! We do know we highly recommend this most welcoming of venues to anyone who wants to stay in Blackpool. Breakfast in bed on the Saturday was a real treat and we really enjoyed the onsite play room on the Friday evening. Hopefully look forward to another visit in 2023. Date: 19 December 2022

	I stayed at Avant Garde on Saturday. I've stayed in quite a few places in Blackpool and this hotel is far and away the best. Dave and Barb are excellent hosts. A lovely friendly welcome and guided tour before introducing me to the other guests which, for a single guy, made for a great, inclusive atmosphere. My room was spotless, very comfortable and well equipped (tea/coffee, soap, shampoo, telly, wardrobe space, power sockets, hair dryer). Nice shower with piping hot water. Comfy bed and pillows. The continental breakfast hit the spot too with a choice of cereal, yoghurt, crumpets, toast, pastries, muffins and fruit juice. Didn't get use the playrooms this time but maybe next time. 	Came to Avant Garde and had a really warm welcome from our hosts, Barb and Dave - we were shown to our lovely room, clean, classy and rather glamorous! They have a well stocked, reasonable bar with modern seating and down in the basement they have some very naughty playrooms! There are several spotless beds including a four poster and a rather large round bed as well as a naughty dungeon room with a St Andrew's cross, fucking machine, paddles and very many toys, more than we could use in one night! Just got back from our weekend at Avant Garde. Lovely, good size rooms, great well stocked bar, interesting and clean play rooms.

Dave and Barb are fantastic hosts. Nothing is too much trouble and they created such a relaxed yet fun environment.

The other good point is the hotels location. Everything you need or want is just a short walk away. Infact, everywhere and everything is just 7 minutes away!

An amazing place to stay, all rooms are clean, well presented and Dave and Barb are fabulous hosts, nothing was too much trouble. 	We stayed here not long after the doors opened and were absolutely blown away by it. It's absolutely stunning inside - clean, bright and decorated to very high standards. The playroom as well was brilliant, with some very hot fun taking place - we recommend the stocks ;) To top it all off through, Barb and Dave are fantastic hosts. I’ve had the pleasure of being a guest at Barb and Dave’s hotel quite a few times now.

Always greeted with such a warm welcome and getting now to know the fabulous staff.

The bar area is planned out well and generally has a real good vibe to get you in the mood and music that’s not too loud, but just right to have great conversation.

This hotel is clean to the highest of standards.

It’s welcome ,warmth and genuinely vetted guests draw me back every time that I’m in Blackpool..

The playroom is one of the best I’ve seen for a long time, ultra clean, well equipped,warm and modern.

I’ve always had such hot fun in this hotel with my bag of tricks!

Good size comfortable beds a lush shower and decorated beautifully. Now for the hosts themselfs just wow such a genuine couple who will make you feel welcome from the moment you get there. Been here a good few times now. Barb and dave are awesome. The hotel side is very clean, comfy beds, warm rooms and lush showers.

The bar has a very good range of drinks at good prices.

The breakfast has a great selection of cereal,cakes,crumpets,toast etc.

Theres a great play room downstairs which is clean , relaxing and inviting. Already booked in for 3 weekends in December already. Honest it's the best place we've stayed in , in a very long time x

Our room was stunning comfortable bed and nicely decorated and Barbs attention to the finer details amazing. The bar area is plush and cozy and welcoming. The playrooms are fully equipped with a cross, benches, beds and lots of toys to make your evening fun and exciting. The hosts have personality and Dave always has a cheeky smile to give you. If your wanting a different experience when visiting Blackpool then contact Avant Garde if you are a verified swinger and try it for yourselves. We don't feel the need to leave the hotel in the evenings because the hotel has everything you need to have a great time.
