Our venue is just on the outskirts of Exeter, just off the Chudleigh turn on the A38.

The venue itself boasts a large area for social with a well stocked Fully licensed bar that runs 19.00-03.00

We have 13 Play areas that cater for an array of needs. From naughty girls/boys classroom, Gynaecologists/Nurses office to your grope cages. Not forgetting our open plan play zone and reverse glory holes (pizza ovens)

Our Door prices are as followed, £60 per couple (£45 if paid 2weeks prior to the events date ) £30 single female ( £20 if paid 2 weeks prior to the events date) A few select single males spaces are available £60 each (only well verified and vetted will be considered) The nearest hotel is Exeter court hotel (just a 10 minute drive) we do offer a pick up/drop off service for £20 per trip so it works out to £5pp each way. There is also a few air b&b’s in the area.. We do have parking at the club be we are restricted to 48 cars plus some space for campers/vans so we ask if you are wanting to drive to book a space, this is £5 for a car and £10 for a van. Once the carpark is full we have a public car park just a 3 minute drive from the club where you can make use of our shuttle service for £2.50 each way.

	April was our first time at the swingers night, though we have been to the kink night before. We only booked in the night before, and the organisers were very responsive and helpful. We used the shuttle service both ways and the drivers were very friendly and we didn't have to wait either way. The club has loads of space and a grest mix of people. We knew a few and met some more. Music is there but not too loud, lots of people (100,150? Not sure) but not so crammed it's uncomfortable. Bar service is good and no drunken people. An all round great night and great venue. 	Attended Saturday for our first ever visit for the pyjama. Such a warm welcome from the owners and staff. Very well run club with great and varied facilities. The staff are a credit to the owners and there was such a great atmosphere. 	My first ever visit to a club and I was lucky enough to have chosen the PJ Party at Utopia. To say I was nervous is an understatement, but from booking through to leaving, I felt so looked after. As a single girl it's easy to feel intimidated, but I was made to feel supported, looked after, welcomed and safe throughout by both the staff and the party people, they even let me indulge my ice cravings all night!! We are very lucky to have Utopia on our doorstep. We really enjoyed visiting the club. We attended the Pyjama Night in April.

Every time we visit there are improvements to the facilities, the crowd is welcoming and the pre-chat really helps with connections prior to the big night. The owners are among the most genuine and welcoming people you’ll ever meet and this filters down to the superb standard of guests they host.
