Our venue is just on the outskirts of Exeter, off the Chudleigh turn on the A38. The venue boasts a large social area with a well-stocked, fully licensed bar open from 19:00 to 03:00. We offer a variety of spaces to cater to different needs, including lockable rooms, grope cages, and orgy beds.

Door prices are as follows: - £60 per couple (£50 if paid 2 weeks prior to the event date) - £30 for single females (£25 if paid 2 weeks prior to the event date) - A few select single male spaces are available at £60 each (only well-verified and vetted individuals will be considered) We have a good selection of local hotels, AirBnBs, and campsites in the area. We offer a pick-up/drop-off service for a small fee. Parking at the club is limited to 48 cars, with additional space for campers/vans. To reserve a parking space, the fee is £5 for a car and £10 for a van. Once the car park is full, you can use a public car park just a 3-minute drive from the club and take advantage of our shuttle service for £2.50 each way.

	We loved out first visit to Utopia last weekend. We were nervous but it was such a friendly, open and positive atmosphere we soon felt so relaxed, enjoyed socialising and later having a cheeky play with two gorgeous couples. A great night, we will definitely be back! X Date: 7 August 2024

	Had our 1st visit to Utopia on Saturday, in the build up to the event they had a telegram group chat which blew us away by how many people interacted, and just how friendly and inclusive it was, everyone’s pictures were being liked and everyone’s messages replied too. The club offers reasonably priced and well organised cabs from local hotels to the club. Once we arrived we were impressed by the look of the club, and as expected the staff were very friendly and welcoming We declined the offer of a tour and instead made our own way around the club and took the opportunity to mingle a little on our way round, the venue is very qwerky with lots of character being an old working farm building We had such an amazing night and can’t wait to return Thank you for having us Darren & Hayley Date: 5 August 2024

Had our 1st visit to Utopia on Saturday, in the build up to the event they had a telegram group chat which blew us away by how many people interacted, and just how friendly and inclusive it was, everyone’s pictures were being liked and everyone’s messages replied too.

The club had attracted a lot of new faces, some attending a club for the first time. All were soon intermingling with the regulars, and lots of fun was being had by all. If you’re a club virgin, or just havent tried Utopia yet, get yourself on the guest list. 	Visited on Saturday evening, my first visit to this or any club. Walking in solo seemed daunting but I was handheld by the gorgeous staff and other attendees as soon as I stepped through the door. A great playground for those looking for one. The atmosphere in the bar was gorgeous, sensual and fun was definitely the feel.
