	Went here for the Gang bang event. If you're going for the first time yes it is that building that looks derelict from the outside we drove past twice .. Anyway once inside its a really warm welcome from mandy and her team. Mandy is an absolute character and makes sure to spend time with the customers and put them at ease. The place is clean and tidy and the rooms have plenty of space for lots of people.. which was good because that's what L was after and she got it in abundance. Plenty of condoms to hand and free towels and lockers. Everyone we met and spoke to were really friendly. Thanks for having us we will definitely be back soon. Date: 30 July 2023

If you're going for the first time yes it is that building that looks derelict from the outside we drove past twice ..

Anyway once inside its a really warm welcome from mandy and her team. Mandy is an absolute character and makes sure to spend time with the customers and put them at ease.

The place is clean and tidy and the rooms have plenty of space for lots of people.. which was good because that's what L was after and she got it in abundance.

Plenty of condoms to hand and free towels and lockers.

Everyone we met and spoke to were really friendly.

Shame you didn't give it a go. The staff do not smoke. Yes we allow vaping which is our right as a licensed premesis. There is a smoking area upstairs which goes along with our local council regulations. Date: 23 April 2023
