Welcome to The Annex – Your alternative lifestyle private members party venue in Kings Lynn, Norfolk. PE33 0BE.

With Wi-Fi, this venue managed by Mistress VJ, offers a house party feel with much warmth and pleasing décor within a clean, safe and friendly environment.

Four different styled playrooms lead off the large main social area. The venue offers soft cold drinks and hot drinks from the kitchen/bar. Alcohol is sold at some selected parties, otherwise, you may bring your own. Condoms are available to be bought at the venue.

Currently with 2 toilets, one with shower facilities. Ample free parking and high-level security to the front of the property and wheelchair friendly access.

	Last night (Saturday 20th) we attended the House Party, this was the first time we’d been to The Annex. As soon as we entered we knew we’d made the right choice to visit. The reception was friendly and informative, with a bit of humour thrown in. This is such a welcoming and inclusive club, everyone there was friendly, very welcoming and eager to say hello and chat. Last night (Saturday 20th) we attended the House Party, this was the first time we’d been to The Annex. As soon as we entered we knew we’d made the right choice to visit. The reception was friendly and informative, with a bit of humour thrown in. This is such a welcoming and inclusive club, everyone there was friendly, very welcoming and eager to say hello and chat. We were shown around by the host, also such a nice, honest and genuine person.

Visited on the chill out Friday play (12th)

It’s my first and only club I’ve been too. Had an amazing night! After putting it off for so long, looking back I really don’t know why I did! I made the right choice, Great friendly welcoming staff, hosts and guests that put you at ease and are there to have good conversations with.

	First time at the Annrx, decided to pop over and attend the bi night. Very friendly club, well run, and a fun night all round. Great club with some nicely themed rooms, nice bar social area, and easy parking right outside. Glad we decided to take the drive and give it a whirl. Date: 14 July 2024

	Attended the Greedy Girls Night on 3rd July. The place was packed out with a fantastic mix of people and a good ratio of single guys to couples and single women. The place is well run and the guys were respectful. We loved it and will go back when we can. Date: 8 July 2024

	I attended the club last night for Newbie night, all the staff were welcoming and friendly, the people i did manage to speak too were also really nice friendly and approachable. 	Went to this club for the first time as a single male, a first for me, as my partner couldn’t go. As I had a couple profile, despite attending alone, Dave treated me as a couple. I was given a warm welcome and a thorough tour. The venue is small, but that added to its appeal, and well themed. There are no lockers, but there are cubby holes for clothes etc. They keep hold of your phone, and any valuables behind the bar, and sensibly put your car key with it, which prevents you forgetting they have your valuables and drive off with out them! The greedy girls night was a busy night and fun. The staff and attendees were a friendly bunch and made me feel welcome. I will be returning Friday to see what the Friday Vibe is like, and will definitely attend as a couple too. Date: 20 June 2024

	Visited the club this evening for a Greedy Girls event, upon first impressions the club seemed limited and a bit on the small side, but it really made up for it from the friendliness of their staff and the regulars. Everyone was really welcoming. I was really well managed and they understand what people want and need. It is clean. It’s the people that really make it. Date: 19 June 2024

The parking is good and very discreet as the club is away from busy public areas. The only bad thing is this is very far away, but I would visit again and soon too.
