	Fabulous little club, definitely smaller than some but immaculately clean and making the very best of the space they have. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. There was a great crowd in for a midweek night and lots of fun to be had. A very good mix of regulars and newbies and I hope to be making a return visit soon. Michael Date: 20 May 2022

	It was first visit to the Annex last Friday (13/05/2022). The reception was fantastic the staff were very friendly and happy to give a tour of the place. The whole property was spanking clean and there were off-putting adours. The attendance was reasonable and not overly surprised. People were happy chat and have a banter. The smoke area was, again, tidy. VJ came round to smoking area to chat (I would want to get that solar panel if you get it at that price the guy said ??). Everyone was friendly and respectful. I will definitely be making it a more regular visit now. Date: 16 May 2022

The whole property was spanking clean and there were off-putting adours. The attendance was reasonable and not overly surprised. People were happy chat and have a banter. The smoke area was, again, tidy. VJ came round to smoking area to chat (I would want to get that solar panel if you get it at that price the guy said ??).

Everyone was friendly and respectful. I will definitely be making it a more regular visit now.

	BiNight at The Annex is often a night of fun surprises and that was certainly true this month! It’s a compact gem of a venue and boasts a really terrific staff - friendly, reassuring and always alert to keeping things safe and secure. Some very lively encounters indeed… Date: 15 May 2022

	Well what can I say, this was my first real visit to a club and it wasn't a disappointment, the host was welcoming, clearly explained the rules and happily showed me around. The staff were friendly, the venue was clean, with a good friendly mixture of people attending. The evening just flew by and in no time it was leaving time. I hope to visit again soon. 	Attended the #Hush Hush party and wow what a night. A fantastic mix of wonderful people and the staff were as brilliant as ever. Met a few friends and made some new ones that just made the night in such a friendly, laid back and wonderful environment. Looking forward to the next Hush Hush party xxx Date: 1 May 2022

	Another amazing fun Wednesday night at the annex Staff are the best so so helpfull and so friendly.. And a good laugh... The place is clean and lot of fun nice rooms with stable doors so i could play with 3 men not get over whelmed... Thanks boys and thom.... 	We broke our club cherry by going to the Greedy Girls event on the 13/4 and have to say we couldn't have asked for a better start. All of the people there were friendly from regulars to newbies like us, and the staff reassured us and made us feel welcome. The rooms were all clean fresh and well presented, and we thoroughly enjoyed trying out the double room with some friendly guys before moving onto the dungeon area where we made use of some of the great selection of floggers toys and cat o'nine tails. Was a very enjoyable evening and we're already planning our next visit Date: 14 April 2022

We broke our club cherry by going to the Greedy Girls event on the 13/4 and have to say we couldn't have asked for a better start.

All of the people there were friendly from regulars to newbies like us, and the staff reassured us and made us feel welcome.

The rooms were all clean fresh and well presented, and we thoroughly enjoyed trying out the double room with some friendly guys before moving onto the dungeon area where we made use of some of the great selection of floggers toys and cat o'nine tails.

	Attended on Saturday 9th our first visit. We’d heard both the positive and the negative so thought a visit in person warranted. Pros, the place is keenly priced for couples. Spotlessly clean , very welcoming staff, bar is BYOB but soft drinks, tea and coffee is served at good prices. There are a reasonable number of playrooms. The place is lovely and warm so no issues if you’re naked or in flimsy lingerie. Very friendly atmosphere. 	This is our first visit since the big refurb, we don’t get much time to play at weekends now so attended the midweek greedy girls party. Love what you have done with the place. 	What can we say Friday evening visits to the annex for us with great hosts Nikki,Grace and Stu always fun.friendly loads of good fun to be had. 	We decided to choose the annex as our first club experience, we had a nice welcoming by the staff and found the patrons very sociable. Plenty of facilities for everyone and even the atmosphere and music were pleasant. We had such a lovely time we couldn't help but join and looking to further events and exploring more things to cum.
