	Yesterday I went back to the monthly BiNight after not having been able to attend for a while - and it was great to find a busy crowd of sexy, friendly, playful people. The hosts are welcoming and committed to making a safe and inclusive environment. The facilities still provide plenty of opportunities for fun and games, and there was plenty going on! 	Been visiting the Annex quite a few times now. Our first time (in any club) was in the summer for the ‘Sex on the beach’ house party night. An extremely welcoming and friendly club, clean and always capacitated by a large mixed of friendly swingers. The staff go above and beyond to ensure you have a happy and safe visit. 100% our go to club. P&S Date: 8 October 2023

	Myself and my lady attended the couples and unicorns night. Great venue and wonderful staff as always. The allure of the playrooms was too much for us to resist ;). I have also been dubbed “the Viking” which was interesting. An overabundance of couples does make identifying unicorns more difficult though. Date: 8 October 2023

	Been 3 or 4 times now and can honestly say that it’s a fabulous venue which is really well run by very friendly staff . It’s an ideal venue for first timers to the more experienced players . The best recommendation I can give is I can’t wait to my next visit Date: 28 September 2023

	My first time visiting today for Fab Friday. Was given a quick helpful tour before I then began chatting to a fab couple. Glad they was there as numbers were a bit low (according to others) so I found myself regularly in rooms with them and enjoying some fun. Probably best it wasn’t busy as it can be a fair bit to take in for myself as someone who’s never done anything like this before. Everyone was really friendly though and there was no issues at all, just happy people getting pleasure. Really glad I went and I encourage others to give it a go too if you are on the fence like I was. Already looking at my schedule to see when I can come back. Great venue! Date: 8 September 2023

	Went to the annex for the first time last night and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. We were shown around and there are a few exciting playrooms that caught my eye sadly didn’t get to try them all so will definitely have to go back. 	Visited for the first time last night with a friend, we were both pleasantly surprised, the club is a little smaller then others I've visited but it has a real charm to it and there is still plenty of space to get down to it, the staff are very welcoming friendly and helpful, the club itself is clean tidy, well laid out and has a good stable door policy on some of the play rooms with the added benefit of a net curtain if you are wishing to have a little more privacy. 	Our first visit to this club. After thinking we had taken a wrong turning we found it nicely tucked away. We were given a tour and liked the look and feel of the place. We were told it would be quiet as there was a big party next night. The staff were great and we enjoyed chatting to a few of the regulars before we had a bit of fun in one of the rooms.
