Australia in general, and despite its claimed image of larrikanism, is quite conservative and puritanical. It is unfortunately very influenced by US ideas and money! Fox and Sky "news" has receives far too much credence, and the various churches, including US-style fundamentalists, have far too much political power. However, there are pockets of interesting people who can think and understand libertinism! Not easy to find!  |
