Heading up for a few days. Any recommendations for fun things to do places to visit?

It is renowned for its wine, I'm sure there's a winery that does tours and the odd sample, weather should be amazing right now

Wollongong

I went on a horse and cart wine tour for half a day. Was definitely worth it. A lot of fun people on the tour as well.

Cheers. Heading back to Sydney shortly. Hunter Valley is very commercial and just vineyards and tourist shops. Pretty scenery though.

Orange is a little less commercial but its an extra couple of hours drive from Sydney.
