Hiya.

Hubby is just putting his bike back together after working on it over the winter while it's been off the road, but I know he is after getting back on the road asap but was wondering if there is anyone else local that would like to do some rides some weekends to keep him company? Know he has been to Loomies. I don't ride with him so it's just if anyone wants to get out on the open road for a few hours some weekends?

Miss x

Why won’t you ride with him?

We love getting out on the bike and going places together.

Pleased for him getting his bike sorted and back on the road.

Honestly, the thought scares the crap out of me. I know he is a good driver but I think I'd worry too much. Although the thought of being care free on the back of a bike does seem appealing, maybe in the future.

As long as he appreciates you would be nervous and doesn’t ride like a dick thinking it’s funny to scare the life out of you, which I’m sure he wouldn’t, you got to experience it. You might be hooked, especially when the revs hit that sweet spot sending the vibrations through the seat. Lol.

That's why she prefers her honda twin

So that’s why Dee prefers going on the back of the VTR1000 over the ZX9R.

Think I need to get the seat recovered with a tennis ball underneath on the ZX9R to see if all of a sudden she prefers the 9? You

Did you hubby get out on the bike the other weekend?

Plenty of fab bikers on here, maybe a Surrey/Sussex/Kent fab ride out to be arranged at some point?

No I didn't, didn't put her back together till Monday but then battery was flat so couldn't go out till Tuesday. And typical now the weather has turned again.

But least I will be ready for when it's nice again x

Feel your pain I was busy last weekend so could not get out on mine

As long as it is in double figures and not pissing down then I try to get out most weekends, roll on the summer and weekday evening ride outs
