Do you have the relevant visas…etc? We moved here years ago, started on a working holiday and then completed Permanent Residency Citizenship.

Those are fine industries to be in but it all depends where you want to be, Canada is a huge country and very diverse. BC has higher taxes and Vancouver is extremely expensive for rent…etc. Vancouver Island is amazing, you can get small towns and bigger cities.

Alberta has the lowest taxes and is home of the Rockies. Expensive to rent but lifestyle comes cheap if you enjoy the outdoors.

Can’t say a lot for Saskatchewan and Manitoba tbh.

Ontario/Quebec are very populated and work can be harder to come by. But it’s good city life if that’s what you’re interested in.

Lots more coastal and northern areas to live. But it all depends on what you want. Check out hotspots for tourists such as Banff, where work is easy to find…

Expense is relative, beer is more - gas is less, food is expensive - cars are cheaper…etc it will always depend on your town and province though.
