Sending messages to only people not previously contacted by me

Can someone tell me how I can send a message to somebody I have not contacted before?
For example I want to send in introduction but only to people I have not previously sent messages to. Can this be done?
In other words, do a search but exclude anyone i previously contacted.

Just block the ones you’ve contacted before and that have ignored you or not wanted to chat or meet
Works very well

If you are a site supporter and you click on a profile, it will tell you if and when you messaged them before.

As far as I know, that isnt a facility that is available. |

If you have contacted them before and have not received a reply - you'll see a warning message when you'll try to message them again. Block button is the most effective filter. |
