we have noticed a few times that someone can be in 2 rooms on cam at same time,how is that possible.

Check to see if you can see more than one doc on the screen. I've never used it but I'm assuming the option would be there so it's just repeating whatever you've done before for the second one

Your cam stays on in a room and you stay in it....

Unless

You click the X on exit(right hand corner)
