It's a problem with the chat software. When you switch rooms you should close the room down (with the X button on top right hand side) then pick your next room. If you go to another room without closing the room down you are already in sometimes the chat software does acknowledge you have left a room. Although some people appear to be in more than one room they are only actively in one room. it's actually impossible to be in 2 rooms at the same time with the same username. It was possible at one time to be in more than one room but admin put a stop to it with a chat software update. |

Me and Mrs hardly stay in the same chat room, when activity goes quiet we simply change room, and the PC cache will have kept our information for that room, if we were to clear cache after each room swap we would only appear in the current room we are in, so it's not broken or anything, it's just the PC keeping our history for faster loading times.  |

Admin have actively engineered the Chat software to avoid this, but it appears that there's still a bug. It seems that if a user doesn't exit from 1 room before entering another, SOMETIMES they get "stuck" in the old room. It's usually obvious that they have stopped responding in the "old" room. |

Though I've noticed a delay from when leave a room to when name disappears off room list |
