Viewing cams

Not sure if anyone else is having the same problems. I used to be able view people's cams in the chatroom but since a couple of weeks I'm now not able to. I can switch my own cam on and I think people can view this OK.

Would appreciate some advice to try and fix the problem please.

Re-install adobe flash?

Check port 1935 open

Have tried both IE and Chrome but still no joy.

Should I uninstall flash before re-installing?

How do I check that check point 1935 is open

Ty i tried this but it says its not working any advice would be grateful, I am away so using a shared wireless will this be affecting me.
