Alas this great club has now closed its doors and it looks like for good.

Have had some great times here.

Nooooo not Cats! A great club in central Munich! Such a shame if it doesn't re-open

Isn't John Thompson based in Munich?

Is that club where he gets a lot of his performers from?

Oh no - that’s really bad news... so tough. Went there once last September and had a great night. Wishing all the other clubs well....

Road to Samarkand

Always a bit over-rated IMHO - particularly with Burg Ibiza just a short cab ride away!

Barely a short taxi ride from the city centre. But it is worth the trip

Just read the statement; it may not be the absolute end of Cats, possibly just the end of Cats in its current location

Will have the check to see if Karibik next door has survived.

Costa Blanca Spain...

Sadly clubs closing permanently is going to get much more common in the next few months.

We know of two in our area of Germany that will not re-open and probably more that we don't know of yet.

A few tried to get going again in the summer but the restrictions were so severe it was hardly worth the effort.

Our favourite club has been closed since early March and it will certainly not re-open this year. The owners can probably weather it out until new year, but if this drags on into the spring I worry for that one as well.

Some are saying that we could lose half of the clubs we had before Covid.

Very tough times on the continent at the moment.
