I think you mean people are hopeful maybe? unfortunately, the reality is likely to be we are going to still be in some form of lockdown in September .. hence the need to extend furlough until then .. I really hope people don't all just start going crazy on June 21st or I may end up having to get my air rifle out of the garage and do a walking dead where I live !

You reckon???? It does get rather tedious when people knock our city.

I don't own a stab vest, never worn one & amazingly enough have never been stabbed. Strange that. It's not a piece of clothing I'll be adding to my wardrobe anytime soon

I dont think they even sell a TV/TS ticket as I get in using a couples entry ticket and go in with Ivy.

I'm certain the owners have no issue with TV/TS and its likely down to how the tickets are marketed for sale.

I would absolutely love to go unfortunately I don't have the verifications so it's a bit difficult and obviously I can't get the verification because of covid and I can't see video calls on here unless people want to do it via WhatsApp and people are not wanting to do that unfortunately

Until restrictions are lifted, yes. We're very hopeful we'll be allowed to mingle by then. By no means less fun, we had a great time last year. Nice to socialise and watch acts.

I had my first vaccination in Hull today - the sun was shining, the city looked great and I didn't need a stab vest (see previous comments). Hopefully the event will go ahead and we can all have a great time. Fingers seriously crossed.

Any ideas on sexy make clothing (dress down gear) for day time at Swingfest. Normal I go places dressed smart n end up naked so thought I'd find something suitable to wear in bettween lol. Maybe a tuxedo style boxers n wrist n neck bands lol, any ideas be appreciated lol Mrs got loads of sexy stuff so time I get some more

Ideal there is quite a few hotels and the other website air summit or other has a load of places, we booked early as making a long weekend away out of it and down hill sat morning till Tuesday lol nice fun times away with some luck lol x

Please have a google guys, it's really all there.

We're not the organisers of this event, but just to clarify.

It's not a camping event, it's 29th of August at HU9 club in Hull.

We're optimistic of restrictions, but if it's the same restrictions as last year, we'll still have a blast and just be happy to socialise with like minded people.

That's cool thanks for the advice as I thought I was been helpful suggestions the P Inn and don't need a ban off here lol so thanks again, hope you all have a fab Sunday and roll on swingfest, sure it will be great , our first so going even if restrictions in place but fingers crossed we have a normal club life back safely

No, you won't get a ban for saying Premier, however if you gave the name of the one you were staying at or the address of it then people got banned for it

Best to exchange any of those details in private

I'll be wearing the dress in profile pic.

I'd wear sturdy shoes though as it's rocky/gravel outside so stilletos wouldn't be wise

Seen some saying they wearing dresses etc and others saying there wearing dress down stuff etc during day which Mrs is doing. Summit nice to start with then dress down to sexy or naked soon as we can lol x

Everyone done brilliant at the last event, even with backlash from certain members on here.

The event went ahead and everyone abided by the rules.

Again it will be down to the team organising the event to follow up on any regulation changes that may occur, and inform ticket holders of any changes.

Last year I went and I couldnt have been more welcomed, I had an amazing time for both swingfest itself and the pre-party the day before.

I was chatting and having a laugh with the owners and many of the staff, spoke to so many of the folk attending as well and thats why I jumped at the chance of going again this year to.

What was sorted out above is that there are no specific TV/TS tickets for sale so she was advised to buy a female ticket and it was sorted out.

I go in on a couples ticket with Ivy woth no bother at all and all correspondence with the organisers has been done by me to get on the Guestling etc so they're welcoming and inclusive.

Maybe read the whole story as it says it all clearly about how it was sorted out

If you have female on ur id/passport u buy a female ticket and if u have male on ur id/passport u buy a male ticket, that the only way we can do it tbf.

Omg I'd love to meet you!

I know there's a ramp to main bar, but it is steep. The carpark is also rough gravel, but playrooms are upstairs.

There was a wheelchair ramp from outside into the club, I dont think the play rooms are accessible though but I could be wrong x

Thanks. I can generally do steep. Gravel can be a bit of a bugger but do-able. Would be a shame to come and not be able to go in much of the club though. Hmmmm.... Shall have a think
