Not very often in the UK, but in French clubs it's much more common and accepted, especially in Cap d'Agde I have seen pregnant ladies on the nudist beach, the sauna clubs, Tantra and Le Glamour nightclubs.
One great UK experience was with a young Lithuanian couple at ClubIsh several years ago, although not pregnant she was obviously still breastfeeding, when we started to play the milk was hitting the ceiling! Awesome night  |

We went once when bunny was clearly pregnant. We may have also been when she was not showing but doubtful as she was very sick with morning sickness.
We don't play bare anyway and at that time she was mainly looking for soft swinging fun and bi lady fun.
It was an interesting experience, most people did not raise an eyebrow but there were a few underbreath comments from women.

Didn’t go to a club when pregnant but me and ex hubby used to go to house parties with about 7 or 8 couples who were good friends to. As soon as people found out I was pregnant I became the centre of attention. My hormones mage me really horny all the time and as we knew everyone we would routinely go bareback with friends.
