I think it’s fairly relaxed, some people dress up (one half of a very popular couple will sometimes just turn up naked) some turn up in casual clothes - but smartish

Ladies tend to wear lingerie, beach wrap, towel or naked. Guys it’s shorts/towel

If you go into hot tub area or couples room it’s dress down only
