Shady in what way?! Pandora isn't open in the afternoon though, regular times are Thurs, Fri, Sat and Sunday evenings. |

I appreciate there's some sarcasm going on there, but it's probably the best answer. It realy does depend. I've been at various times/days, and there seems to be no rhyme or reason to it. It can be busy or quiet. And sometimes I've had as much fun on quiet days as busy ones, if the right few people turn up. Mid-week afternoons are always going to be a lot quieter than evenings or weekends in general though, with most people being at work and whatnot. But at the same time, if no one goes 'because it'll be quiet' then it becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy! |

Friday afternoon at Quest may be quiet but it isn't dead.
Pandora is not even a little shady - men only sessions (Steam), and swinger's sessions (Pandora). (They have separate websites). |

The direct answer to Op's question and comment is:
Friday afternoon at Quest may be quiet but it isn't dead.
Pandora is not even a little shady - men only sessions (Steam), and swinger's sessions (Pandora). (They have separate websites)."
Hence I said Pandora is closed in the afternoon 
The guys that work at Steam are lovely, the ones I've met are a crackin bunch and will welcome you if that is your scene  |
