You can try and contact the WT, I had some queries, rather than connect they decided to ignore them.
Steamers on the other hand, open, listening to ideas and feedback, clean, tidy,respectful staff and owners.

Morning all
I am staying in Torquay and would like to visit wt. From the experienced ones, do you see many TV/TS/CD attending on a Friday night? I would love to go but if it’s not a thing, then that’s ok x

We have been 4 or 5 times. Once a guy had his phone out where it should not have been. It was reported to staff he was spoken to and then ejected shortly after for his behaviour.
Fortunately that was the only time we had any concerns and it was dealt with properly. |

Sadly its not the only red flag.
Staff not cleaning rooms, being rude and when this is raised via PM they delete message and block on fab.
Ostrich mentallity.
