Please don't use my private party as a milestone for Jaydees opening. I requested using part of the venue for a private party as I felt it was a shame for it to be sitting unused and I was given permission. I just don't want people to get their hopes up based on me having a private party. There's still alot to be done and I'm sure popping candy and John and Tracey will let you know when there is any news x |

Exactly this! There is absolutely no point beating about the bush and asking the same question over and over again. We are all missing the club, I'm sure they are doing their best and jumping through enough hoops. Without the need for further pressure.
In the meantime, why not try other clubs, local or not? You may discover something new, while supporting the lifestyle clubs. |

You may not feel that's what you're doing, you believe you're just keeping "Jaydees community" in touch yet just by those posts it puts pressure. You do you, though, it's a free forum.
Clubs- regular at Penthouse Playrooms which is local-ish, and we (I go with my partner) have seen quite a few Jaydees regulars there on bi nights. Some clubs further afield, too, to try. Most, we won't be going back to, not our style, but some will be getting a visit when we're on weekend breaks.
And just to be clear, my post regarding trying other clubs was not directed at yourselves but at all people who posted on here. |

I would of thought us all talking about looking forward to going back is putting less pressure on them than suggested we find new clubs to go to instead but only my opinion!
We have tried most clubs on the forum reviews from north to south over the years and still prefer jaydees over them all! Used to like Eurekas years ago when it was busy and before it got took over |

Driving home on Sunday night, we noticed that the A428 was closed for upgrades. So nice of them getting the roads upgraded in time for all the extra traffic expected at the opening party!  |

I'm sure they wouldn't be spending that much money doing the place up if they weren't planning on reopening, and I can't wait to get back when they do open again and see all the changes ❤️ |

Im not so sure this club will ever open its doors again. Its been almost 10mths now since it closed, with not many updates from owners. Shame but i think its gorn for good |

Why would they be getting the car park ready etc? They will open when the council (and, potentially, others, like fire services, for instance) say they can open. Yes, the "no updates" is annoying, but I'm sure they're working hard. |

People just don't realise how many hoops they have to jump through to get all the licenses and approvals in place before they can open. Then there are the new landlords to keep happy on top!

I believe the old landlord that JD himself rented the farm and land from has died, it passed on to the family. They have proved so be a lot stricter with the use of certain areas which were used for parking, hence the new carpark! |

We believe that JD owned some and rented other parts - the bit that was part of the old US WW2 bomber base.
It seems like he is relying on the ground he owns now rather than the rented ground. |

That's a crazy statement. They have, and are, spending so much money to get the place ready for reopening. We wouldn't think they'd have been doing all this work for nothing. We can't wait for our next visit and see all the new and refurbished |

Great alternative choice whilst waiting for Jayden’s to reopen is Chunkymufins which is now listed in the clubs section. I think it’s a great club with a very similar vibe!

Pool room, numerous play areas upstairs, dungeon room. I believe they've also made an effort to ensure some parts of the play room are more private now.
