Hi
We've booked a couple of events at VA and wondering about staying in the hotel, however, what is the policy re playing with people in your room before/ during and after the event?
We've never stayed on site before and the T&c's for the rooms aren't totally clear..
Thinking it would be very convenient but we would like to try and get some meets arranged before hand so perhaps one of the Prems is a better idea?
Does anyone have any experience of this? |

We stayed in the hotel on Bi night, the room was lovely, we checked in early and made use of the tea, coffee and restraints provided lol, we had baths and got ready for the event. Guests are allowed in the rooms as far as I am aware as long as they don't wreck the room and are respectful of the hotel and staff xx |

The only people allowed in the onsite hotel rooms before the club opens at 8pm, are the people booked into the rooms. From a safety point of view, if their was an incident, the club needs to know who may be in the rooms.
Once the club opens at 8pm, the rooms can be used as private playrooms by and with permission of the people booking that room, by other guests that have already booked in at reception. Again, if an incident should occur, the club needs to know who everyone in the building is.
Once the club closes, generally the only people in the rooms should be those that have booked the rooms. If anyone else intends to stay, this must be approved by the duty manager. An addition cost may be involved. |
