Firstly stop worrying 
Ring the club, pop your name down for said event..Bring your passport/driving licence for both if a couple on the night.. Job done ✔️ |

Some events you have to book direct with the host . It doesn’t matter if you complete the online form . I would either call the club or message the host direct in order to avoid disappointment |
