Accessible clubs

I’m looking for advice/recommendations for clubs that are accessible by people with limited mobility - think frame and/or wheelchair (and that are relatively close to South Wales).

I’m a member at Chameleons in Newport and know that it’s all stairs (narrow and twisted), steps and trip hazards.

So where else could be suitable?

I'm not sure about the area you've asked about, but if you're ever in the midlands, we can highly recommend the Attic in Derby as an accessible club. There are only two areas upstairs, which if you didn't bother with there is still a massive amount of space and play rooms with zero steps. The only thing I would say is the party nights get busy, and would be more difficult to navigate with mobility equipment.

"Any other recommendations?"

Not in your area, but Quest in Leeds is all on one level.

Recently attended Quest as a disabled person, though only used a cane on the day.

Yep, it's all on one level and would be doable with a wheelchair, though I don't think all the rooms have enough space to enter the room then transfer to the bed. That being said, plenty of them are big enough for that.

The ladies loo is two regular-sized cubicles, I'm going to assume the gents is similar.

The majority of the bar seating is bar stool type, with a big high up central table. So a wheelchair user would be looking up at everyone. Not the end of the world but thought I'd mention it.
