can anyone recommend a club to go to in DEVON ON A Saturday night. Not into "wet" clubs would prefer the night club variety with dancing, socialising etc Staying in Torquay. |

If you look on meets for south-west they usually advertise there. Free for couples this weekend and next I think. Bit of a battle going on between them and some of the other local clubs I think. Never been but plan on doing so soon  |

Would suggest looking up on South West clubs for listings and then read the reviews. There are two clubs within easy distance to Torquay, one is Azzures and the other is Secrets. There is also a club in Plymouth (Unit 18), which is approximately 40 mins drive away. The clubs advertise their dates on their listings but also under meets, events. I know that Secrets only hold their parties once a month, but don't know Azzures dates.
As to the reference of a battle going on between the clubs, this is certainly not true of the established clubs. If Azzures decides to offer free entry for couples to encourage people to attend their venue, then that is their decision. However the other local clubs are still charging for entry and are always well attended. |

Secrets in Totnes is brilliant. Although thet have hot tub & heated outdoor pool you don't have to use them. Plenty of playrooms and large social area. I've been there a few times & never disappointed. They also have private rooms to play in if prefer to play alone.
