Hi guys, we're very much wanting to go to our first club. I was wondering if there are any clubs with age restrictions or even a lower average age bracket? Some of the posts we've read from forums seem to suggest a lot of 40+ guys tent to follow you around which is rather daunting as first timers. We are happy to play and join in but we don't want 5 45+ year olds following us around like puppies. Are we overthinking things? We really don't know what the crowd or gender ratio is like. Any nice couples feel free to invite us to tag along to a club or private meets within 100miles we always up for  |

You do get a broad age range in clubs. We were 19 and 26 on our first club visit! You shouldn't get people following you around like puppies! Ratio can vary widely depending on club and night but usually 1:7:5 (single fem - couple - single guy). Very unscientific though! |

Best to go on couple only nights I guess. If not then I think if you stay close to the bar areas you will interact and get chatting a lot more easier then you can if you decide to move off to the play areas. I must admit I see the Zombie procession and shake my head in disbelief. If only they could see themselves lol

We go on single guy nights but the club we go to only allows 10 guys in. You do get some kind of wondering around if its quiet but we've never had any problems xx |

We have found that age isn't a factor when it comes to guys following couples or single females around clubs. It is more about how well the club/hosts manage the guys.
If you're looking to make sure there are guys meeting your preferences there, you could try what we do sometimes. We look up guys near to the club we're visiting and message them to say it would be nice to meet them there on the night we are going. We make no guarantees about playing as you don't know for certain that you'll hit it off, but we always have a chat if they turn up. This has worked quite well for us. |

Try a couples only night, most clubs have them or at least restrict the numbers of single men they allow in that night.
And no, the 'Wanking Dead' are of all ages, not just the 40+. But I have found the normal age range in the clubs I've been to are mid 30s to mid 50s.
Chams on a Saturday after 7.30pm is couples and single ladies. |

We havent been for a couple of years due to having a child but always found La Chambre on a couples only Saturday night to have a great mix of ages
Whilst like most clubs the average age tends to be late 30s there was always lots of under 30s couples and also quite a few early 20s too and always a really
good night and you also don't have to worry about groups of single guys following you around |

We didn't go to clubs till two years ago, were a lot older then yourselves and we still found it daunting especially the wife with the dreaded single men we'd heard all about, but it wasn't anything like that and we have met lots of nice genuine singles we now call friends (and some strange ones lol)
it's all perception, you need to just go and make your own mind up. the wife has grown In confidence since going as you will. |

Try a night when no single guys are allowed first to give yourselves a chance to get used to things, then when you feel more comfortable with things try a friendly club where the staff and customers look out for you and there are not too many single men. |

Nightclub/dress up clubs tend to attract a younger age group. |

Totally over thinking it in my opinion.
Being followed around can and does happen by a quick no thanks soon stops any unwanted attention.
Maybe try a couple only night for your first time  |
