Hi all, I am taking my partner to Kestrals on Wednesday the 2nd Dec during the day.
As this is our first time, can anyone give advice on rules on "Playing" and does it get busy during a weekday?

A good plan OP 
Exact numbers at Kestrals are dependent on the weather. If it is sunny and possibly warm you will get more people. But numbers do not guarantee a good day, its getting the right people and the best way to ensure that is to put a meet and supporting profile status up.
Be aware that this club is large so it is easy to think there is nobody there when actually there are plenty of people. Make sure you have a wander round, especially down to the dungeon area. If the weather is cooler the pool house and the dungeon are the social and play places of choice for many.
It is a very chilled place, if you do not want people to offer themselves etc. shut the door there is a private room during daytims and two lockable rooms with one way windows if you do not mind/enjoy being watched.
If you play in an open room or public area expect an audience some of whom may want to join in, a polite no should be politely accepted.
