Mr Morgan Johnson was indeed fined for persistent breach of fire regulations. But this was about three months before the last meeting. The club closed because it wasn't making a profit, just like most other businesses that fail. Why it wasn't profitable is due to lack of customers in the area, poor management, or both. Shame!
