We are there on the 29th and 30th Jan we are planning to go showboat on the Friday and Fata-Morgana on the Saturday

But still a lot of couples and been both thursday and friday to showboat so can say not big difference just more girls on friday but ideal evening

What is the "showboat"? We really need another excuse to get to Amsterdam

The Showboat is an actual boat, moored on a canal in Zaandam, just North of Amsterdam. It's fairly small, but a very friendly collection of people every weekend. Quite a few single blokes but a brilliant atmosphere. The cost is reasonable and you pay for drinks with an arm band that you settle at the end. There are better couples clubs in Amsterdam, but this one is fun.
