Hi could anyone recommend any clubs in the north without a dress down code? Just kinda smart casual type? Wouldn't feel comfortable dressing down on first visit to one

Putting the 'cum' in Eboracum

Quest in Leeds, although you've got to dress down when you move to the play rooms.

Townhouse in Birkenhead. Great club. Dress down after 11 if you go upstairs otherwise stay in the social areas and keep your clothes on.

Club F in the North East, ideal for a first club experience and very much on your terms. Opportunity to stay over as well.

Definitely not a dress down club.

You only dress down to use the hot tub....

I quite often spend the evening at Townhouse without dressing down, well until I hit the hot tub anyway.

Townhouse would be your ideal first club.

Decadance would be your first & last club visit we felt very uncomfortable there. If you did want to get dressed down you have to walk through a public bar with groups of lads learing at you.

Doncaster

La Chambre in Sheffied is not a dress down club at all, it is based around a night club atmosphere and you don't have to take your clothes off at any point of the evening x

I would recommend Xstasia , West Bromwich. Perfect first club. All based around a dance floor with no dress down code at all.x

If you really want to go north CJs in Glasgow has no dress down policy it's £5 in a taxi from most city centre hotels and is always busy now they've moved to the bigger premises loads of lockable private rooms as well if that's an issue

Townhouse, Its such a relaxed and friendly atmosphere and no one judges you. If you dont want to dress down, stay down stairs as from 11pm people have to dress down if going upstairs. Feel free to private message us if you would like any more information

MANCHESTER

Regarding Decadance. Please refer to my review concerning visit last Saturday. I visited with a lady friend it was her first visit to a Club. Although she did not play she remained dressed and had a thoroughly great night dancing and people watching. Setting the record straight there is no Public Bar the Club is a members only establishment with strict criteria for joining. It is an up market establishment so dare say does not suit everybody. But suggest take an informed decision yourselves and don't consider all the biased advise of those with vested interests elsewhere.
