Daytime clubs tend to be of the Spa type - VA is the exception but not often open daytime.
You have eureka and silverleigh down in Kent - Bristol Gardens in Brighton - all can be fun in the daytime but spa with play more than club.
Eventually we will get kestrels II to the west but not sure how that is going .
Zeus spa is west ( not tried by me).
There are some more accasional ones Hellfire club Sutton is occasionally an afternoon I think

For central London.
Nothing can beat Rio’s. It’s not the smartest. But has good saunas and spas.
The rooms at the back are ok.
You are not going to the ritz.

Yes the Bi Fun Club is a good option for daytime fun close to London. The next party is on Monday 11th March from 11am to 3pm. We get between 80 and 100 folks at each party and plenty of play throughout the four hours plus there is a fully equipped (and busy) dungeon for those who like a bit of bdsm.
