Premier Inn staff are nice at that one (in our experience) - the night manager gave us the number & menu of a pizza delivery post Xstasia at around 2am and even brought it up to the room when delivered. Great service. Parking easy. We made day of it and got Tram into Birmingham for Shoping. Plus Xstasia was hot! We need to go back there soon! |

Thank you and yes we stayed before and the staff were lovely. We're just thinking if busy we may problems parking van as too high to park below hotel xxx |

Not sure when you're thinking of, but if staying in our rooms we normally get everyone parked up on site, big vans included.  |
