We always thought that the clubs were not for us.
After being invited to numerous parties we finally went and never looked back.
Go with an open mind, socialise chat and we say if it's meant to be then the rest will just fall into place.

We always recommend clubs. It's an amazing way to learn about the scene, discover things you never thought of and meet amazing people.
After watching other couples in clubs it really opened us up to trying things we never thought we'd like. It helped us realise there is no standard rule set or expectations. Made us more comfortable with ourselves in the scene, more comfortable asserting ourselves and our rules. Introduced us to some genuine friends and the best people on fab. Obviously we're biased but we love it. |

This is a great response and a really good overview about how liberating clubs are. We never meet outside of our club of choice x |

Where ever you choose to visit just make sure you tell the staff on the door it's your first time. They will show you around, make you feel at home and answer any questions. And don't be shy to ask questions. Then take things at your own speed.

Make a weekend of it, find a club you like, book a hotel, find a night that has great reviews and get chatting to people who attend. Me and the wife regularly meet newbie couples for a drink before the club and we expressly state we wont play with them, just hold their hand in the club for the first hour or so and introduce them to some of our friends. We normally see them again at the end of the night grinning from ear to ear. |
