Its been so long whose going ? 
Soooooo! Friends of jaydees.i am pleased to let you all know that the club is going to open for the camping weekend on the ......23rd 24th of july. This will be open to club members only and will need to pre book .and I will try to answer all your questions as best as I can
Tracy and john are very busy behind the scenes to make all this possible.
A few questions you may ask .
COVID19 ??
We will ask you to fill out a small question paper and have your temperature taken on arrival..
Basic personal details to ensure club membership is updated.
Are the rooms available to rent :
not at the moment it's a camping weekend so please bring your own room.
This event will not be on the website. Only on Facebook or WhatsApp
Temporary email address for booking in to get your booking number and any other questions |

I’m very excited to say that we’ll be there too! Hoorahhh
We’re pitching our tent on the Saturday afternoon and ready to party on Saturday night.

We will undoubtedly see all those members we have missed and yet to meet.
Shaping up to be the most anticipated, thirstily ( it’s a word if I use it ..lol ) awaited event of the last 18 months.
For those members that have never attended the JD’s camping weekend,
You have no idea what you have been missing.
Looks like a heatwave soaked weekend to boot.

Could you confirm, or otherwise, that the actual club will be open (the hot tub etc)... Or is it purely camping in the fields with no access to the internal facilities..

It's a private group so you may not be able to just find it on Facebook. It could be invitation only group.
We are coming for Saturday only, with no camping, and got told the main club will be open from 14.30, with disco etc being after 8pm. |

I believe you have to be invited to the Facebook group cause it’s private and not able to view doing a public search |

It's a private group so you may not be able to just find it on Facebook. It could be invitation only group.

So the guest list is looking as hot as the weather send us a message to book in .
Please remember you will need a booking number on arrival and a covid declaration form to fill in along with your membership number. We will also take this time to get our membership details upto date so please bring photocopies of id. We will then send everyone a group email reminding you what to bring

A big thank you needs to go out to you and the whole team.
Surviving the wait was bad enough for us fellow clubbers: but for you and your amazing team to keep your club and collective sanity and make it through the nightmare that was 2020 and beyond, must have been so hard.
Well done everybody and thank you very much.
Even the weather held back, as not to spoil the outside fun. Those silly party games went down well; I had a great laugh, sitting naked and blindfolded on the musical chairs game. The water bomb fight and wet t-shirt contest was a scream too.
Hope this gets repeated.
