next FFFF @ Xtasia, Friday 29th April.

After the success of last nights FFFF event, Paul and Flirt would like to offer you the opportunity to come to another FFFF event @ Xtasia.

FFFF(Fab Friends Free Fun) night, Friday the 29th April 2016.

Here's the rules for attending the FFFF night:

Couples and Single Females are Free entry. You'll need to be a genuine couple on Fab, with at least one verification as a couple for us to add you to the list. We think this is very fair as many singles are now starting to hook up as a couple just to get into an event, with no intentions of ever playing as a couple after it. That's not really the idea, and if problems arise on the night, its normally these relationships that give us the issues.

Single guys must be either, members of Xtasia already, accepted as members of Xtasia but yet to visit, or Fab members with some good verifications. Bottom line here, if you don't have good veri's already, then apply for club membership via our web site. You have plenty of time to be approved before the event. If you leave it till the last minute then you probably won't get in. Free entry to those who make the list, or are on our membership approved list.

Those who attend who aren't already club members, will get the chance to join if they like what they see. Please bring along valid ID if you think that might be of interest.

Flirts bar will be open from 6pm if you fancy a few drinks, something to eat and a game or two of pool.

The club opens at 8pm for the event and closes again at 3am.

I just tried to book in at the park in (which xtasia say on their website they have special rates) and they told me it's not available. Receptionist suggested they might need to renew their arrangement? An extra £20 on top of the special rate is not on!

Xtasia have a set rate with a couple of local hotels but sometimes the head office of each/either don't give the go ahead to the individual hotel far enough in advance. Also the hotels will not honour the Xtasia rate if they have already sold a certain percentage of their rooms. They are running a business and if they can get more money for their rooms they will do.

Xtasia have got another big event on today so Paul won't be able to do anything about this until at least tomorrow I would of thought. There are other hotels close by that are cheaper than the Xtasia rate would be anyway though

We are on the phone to them now. We stayed at the park inn on saturday was nice but need a taxi was only £3 each way but premier inn so much more convinent hoping they will allow us to book over the phone

Even the receptionist didn't know why, head office have set the system so that's the only bookings they can take. I've known them to set it so you have to book 2 days at a time when they know that they're going to be busy, but never 3 before

Having worked for Premier Inn previously, yes it's because they know they will be busy and can maximise they're profit margin that way as a couple of events are going on that weekend. Three days is not known, makes me so see if another event is going on in birmingham on the Sunday too..

West Ham are playing West Brom on the Saturday, so I'm sure that wouldn't of helped things any

There's the reason then, they will be expecting fans travelling to book in a minimum of 2 nights of not more to enjoy their weekend.

Yes annoying, however if you look at it from their point of view football fans do not get a discount and so pay more, so is good for business too for them unfortunately.

I wouldn't want to after a night in Xtasia lol. It's only about£3-£4 in a taxi so no point walking.

There are other hotels in West Brom as well within a £3-£4 taxi ride so plenty of people will still come as a fair few have already booked hotels and it's still 3 months away

We spoke to another couple tonight who said the club did so for them this weekend

We stayed at the park inn on the saturday and the taxi the hotel tried to book for us didnt really understand english and tried to take us to flavours needless to say quickly corrected but not the best service. The park inn does have a gym and heated pool though

Which hotel are people booking at the moment gas street is only 39 pound a night but would rather be in a hotel with others and pay a little more and happy to share taxi costs

Got to admit im struggling for a hotel room for this one unless the prem inn do something , im 20 mins from west brom if someone would like to share a room and go halves or would be able to give me a lift back from west brom to the wolves area id me most greatful

Gas street is a bit further than Park Inn... Both will have other Xtasia bound guests so shouldn't be hard to share a taxi from either
