Could we please have some updated features for covid

Now let us be clear that we are not condoning actual contact meets in any way but COVID-19 lockdown has moved on somewhat and it would be good to have some features o. Fab to help us all ease back to normality and be able to network again and be social but safe or at a distance.
The real world has moved on considerably and public transport, gym's, pub's and restaurant's are all open and it would be good for Fab to adjust to rethink on its current stand and give us all some features to suit the new climate.
Been able to post a meet up for private webcam (fun/chat) could have been possible all along and avoids fears of public broadcasting to all on fab or the harassment factor and now socials at a distance indoor or outdoor would also be possible etc.
So things we could have on the site safely and at no more risk than what is currently OK to do now could be
Post Meets over webam.
Post Meets but strictly at social distancing only.
Display Verifications from social distancing meets above.
Post/attend Organised events that follow the current guidelines.
Clubs reviews viewable and been able to advertise for time's when the guidelines are relaxed maybe.
I'm sure that there is others? Prehaps any good ideas could be posted below.
Now we are sure there will be a bit of a backlash from some but it's upto people if they want to meet in a pub for a drink or go out for a walk, go to the beach and any other distanced socials.
Plus fabswingers could gain more supporters revenue from returning members.
Yes some might abuse it but let's be honest they're probably already doing it and having people from small bubbles for when it is OK to meet for fun is better than the mass orgy with strangers effect if the flood gates "just open" overnight.
We as a community need to work out what how we work our way gradually to normality together so let's please use this thread to offer good ideas, advise and support not just be negative
Hopefully this way the people who work hard to run this site may listen & be able to improve it for all

Agree with most of this but the only thing I would say is that there is no way of checking whether people really did social distance. Therefore it would be a bit irresponsible of fab to have social distanced meets as a feature. The private cam rooms are a good idea though! |

Fully behind the OP.
As we have said on other posts, the club reviews and verifications on profiles wouldn't have made any difference to how people behave during C-19, although Fab have a duty of care to ensure users of the site adhere to government guidelines and they have done their best to do so.
Updated meets additions could be put in place quite easily. IE: Social distance drinks. Social distanced meet. Etc etc.
The club reviews and feedback should definitely be available for people to read and update, just so everyone who uses them are kept up to speed. |

Well I didn't realise fab was really responsible for checking up on us and we are all more than old enough to be responsible for our own actions  check out our local updates and there is a handful of people who are blatantly seeking or commenting on meets that have direct sexual contact 
I have been told other swingers site's have made no change or effort to change or prevent meets in the height of lockdown and conventional dating sites aren't stopping people meeting at a social distance are they?
If I can go out for a drink in a bar full of random strangers or packed in on travel on public transport touching all the other buttons and handles that everyone else is touching then it's all getting a bit far fetched now.
There's a lot swingers that do it for the social stuff as much or if not more than just the sex.
We both would consider that the social element is more than half of the the appeal of swinging for us |

It's not difficult to confuse people. Just tell them you can't have anyone from another household round at yours, either inside or in the garden, but you can go to the pub. |
