Which has nothing to do with Mods, they just approve or reject a pic they don't pick n choose who goes on the top fabbed list.
That is down to the amount of fabs a pic receives a certain amount of time, 12 hours, this month or the year. |

It could be for many reasons but personally I am not interested in couples so I don't fab their pictures, I only fab what I like or am interested in.

Just had a quick look at the Top Photos and the current No 2. picture has 2,384 fabs - which seems about right.over 12 hours yes "
But that is the measure by which the Top Photos works.
It's not a matter of the rate at which a pic is getting fabs, it's how many in a 12 hour period.
2,384 is a lot higher than 470 |

I think the inference was that somehow the mods had kept them from their rightful position in the list rather than limiting fabs |
