Given that the site T's & C's contain specific guidance on displaying 3rd parties in photos and videos on profiles, is it not time to limit content to the profile owner/owners themselves?
I somehow doubt that anyone actually follows the rules and guidance stated and it would certainly cut down on the frequency of stolen porn photos appearing on profiles, give pic mods far less work to do and reduce the volume of images on profiles where the bulk of the photo isn't actually of the person whose profile it is.
Here's the rule. I suspect there's more chance of winning the lottery than of expecting a meet to turn up with photo ID and be happy to have it copied and stored in case Fab admin want to see it. 
"10.12 You must not send or publish Content depicting anyone else unless you first:
a) ensure they are aware of your Fabswingers username and that they give you their specific written and signed consent to being included in the Content as well as to that Content being shown publicly on Fabswingers and potentially downloaded by other Users; and
b) verify that they are adults 18+ by getting and keeping a copy of their age ID.
You agree to carefully store their signed consent and age ID documents and that you will provide these immediately if we ask for them."

People would still just ignore it, and it would cause more work for admin to verify the consent has been collected and compare the ID with that of the person in the photo.
It's going to be really hard to identify someone based on their cock, or a breast.
As for actual consent, if a photo is taken here is always a chance it will be posted, if not here, then elsewhere.
Personally, I wouldn't let anyone take photos of me without me knowing it 'might' appear here or anywhere so I'd either have to not care or trust them.
When I take photos, I always make sure I do it on the womens phone so that she has control over them and can edit as she needs and forward them onto me. |

It's very difficult especially with photos marksmaning guide terms
I always get emails to say my photos have been used on my Adult site,
Every good looking upload or after, they could be circulating anywhere.
It's disappointing because here genuine love for participation is spoiled by that, large effect
Most people won't bother with the guidelines especially if you've witnessed them, or neighbours telling you,in, any imperfections they like to exploit.. even in their 70's
Pretending they are helping you
Personally I think the screens displaying the media and links between to choose which video etc to view should be modified for quicker view purpose or convenience.
It's agonising, knowing I'm looking for a hot chick and.. you've guessed it neighbours are smoking something trying to see it.. the dirty buggers
