She can choose not to display it. If she’s not had any other verifications since yours on the summary it will say verified by a male 1 week ago. Does she have other veris on display? |

This. 
Veris are linked to message filters. If she has her max age set below yours then it won't go through. If you've messaged her before sending the veri then it should work fine. The only other reason would be if you were sharing wi-fi, as that's done to stop people setting up a fake profile and then verifying it themselves. |
