If you mean these people are not showing as having viewed your profile it's because they have enabled 'hide on who's looked at me'. Commonly known as stealth mode
What do you mean “stuck”? If you mean it is not showing views then it is likely that people are viewing you in “ninja” mode where they don’t show up in who has viewed you. Many people (particularly women) do that so that they can have a look at why is out there but they don’t attract lots of attention back.
